SutrSaaz Return & Exchange Policy:

At SutrSaaz, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our sarees and jewelry. Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below:

  1. Sarees
  • Eligibility for Exchange:

Sarees can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

The saree must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags and packaging intact.

Returns will not be accepted for items customized with fall, pico, or blouse stitching.

  • Non-Returnable Sarees:

Sarees purchased during sale/discount/offers are non-returnable.

Handloom and limited-edition sarees are exchangeable only for size/defect issues, not for change of preference.

  1. Jewelry
  • Eligibility for Exchange:

Jewelry items can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery in case of manufacturing defect or damage.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Non-Exchangeable Jewelry:

For hygiene and safety reasons, jewelry is generally not eligible for return/exchange unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

  1. Refunds

Refunds are not applicable. However we respect your decision so you can exchange your product within the guideline mentioned under ‘Return policy’ above or store credit may be provided for future purchases.

  1. Process for Exchange

Contact our Customer Care at sutrsaaz@gmail.com within the eligible return window.

Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return/exchange.

Our team will guide you through the return pickup/shipping procedure.

Items that do not meet our return criteria will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

  1. Shipping & Handling

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or wrong items shipped by SutrSaaz.

Ensure the product is properly packed to avoid damage in transit.
